Privacy and activity records
Zhu Properties uses account information and on-site records to provide its services.
Account and contact information
Accounts hold your submitted name, email, optional phone number and registration time. Passwords are hashed; Google sign-in accounts are linked to a Google account identifier. Saved properties and submitted inquiries are also stored to provide those services.
Sign-in and feature records
While you are signed in, we record successful sign-in times and methods, feature categories, action times and outcomes. Authorized administrators can view registered-user profiles; users can review their own records from My account. Records begin when tracking is enabled; earlier history is not inferred.
Scope of activity records
Activity records do not include passwords, Google tokens, IP addresses, device fingerprints, specific addresses, search terms or message text. Submitted messages are stored separately as inquiries. No personal activity profile is created for signed-out visitors.
Address searches and outside services
School searches compare addresses with local data. The Google Maps amenities tool sends address text to Google while you type to suggest addresses, then uses it for location and route calculations when you submit. The profile records only the feature and outcome, not the address or map results. An email provider processes submitted inquiries when email delivery is enabled; the site also loads Google Fonts.
Storage and access
Account, inquiry and activity records are kept in the website database for authorized service administration. Activity records currently have no automatic deletion schedule. Contact Vivian to request access, corrections or deletion of your information. Essential session cookies maintain sign-in and language settings.
Private advisory and AI services
Preferences, reports, consultation requests, saved-property notes and tasks that you choose to save are stored in the site database for you and authorized advisers to deliver service. Archiving does not delete a report; contact Vivian for corrections or deletion requests. With your explicit consent, AI sends your question and relevant public guide excerpts to OpenAI. The site does not save question or answer text. Provider processing records may be retained under its policies; disabling response storage does not mean zero retention.
Account security
Security information supports email verification, account recovery and administration protection. Reset links expire and work once; password resets revoke existing sessions. Authenticator secrets are encrypted and recovery codes are stored only as hashes.
